Does anyone know how good the re-sale value of crestliner boats is? As good as lund?
Thanks

Depends how close you are to Minn and Wis. The farther away you get, the less Lunds are worshipped and revered.

It is over simplification to say that Crestliner's resale value is higher or lower than another manufacturer's line. If you research the NADA website you will see that some models within any manufacturer's lineup will hold their values at different rates, according to their current popularity. Generally, the more expensive the boat was when it was new, the greater the depreciation will be each year. Most fiberglass boats really get hammered with the depreciation- just like Cadillacs.

I think Cisco is right, in that resale values do vary regionally. However, with the Internet you're not limited to selling a boat to just your local market--and that is flattening out the price differential somewhat.

Check the WalleyeCentral.com classifieds and traderonline.com--two great online resources. WC for quality, traderonline.com for quantity. Compare with nadaguides.com for values. This will put you on the mark. Good luck.
