I registered weeks back. Now I can't recall password. They have sent me a number which got me into the user menu. Click on change your password ok, 1st line OLD PASSWORD.I don't know? 2nd line New password, 3rd line New password. By not filling out the first line- Rejected. Is this hopeless? Thanks

Put the number you were given by the board in the 1st place, then your new password in the next two.
