How many poles can a person troll with? Is there different regulations for the miss. than there is for inland water?

Inland waters is one rod per person. The Mississippi is two rods per person.

Just to clarify..... Only border water on the Mississippi are two poles allowed.(Meaning border water with Wisconsin) Inland waters of the Miss. (Like Pool 2) are one line.
New this year. Mississippi river from the hastings Dam down to Prescott is considered inland water.
