I was wishing for a white Christmas and I think I over wished?????
8 - 16 inches possible here in upstate New York due to a Noreasterner and it does look like your classic Noreasterner, heavy driving snow. Even the dog thinks it's nicer in the house today and she usually loves all types of weather.
I guess in the future I better be more careful what I wish for????? I obviously overwished. To anyone effected by my wish, my sincere apologies. I promise to be more careful next Christmas. To all of you, a very Merry Christmas.

Ness- Now atleast We know who blame! LOL. Here in Mid Michigan yesterday the Weatherman said one inch or so. As I type this, there`s seven inchs on the ground and still coming down strong, with North West winds 10-20 mph. Tiss the season, bet all the little kids are having a blast playing outside! I hate snow! I was wishin for something in the mid 40's and an open launch for Christmas. We got 4" overnite and it's going steady now with 8-12" more forecast thru today. Remember.. next Christmas for a nicer present for all us open water fisherpeople! Have a great Christmas.
Now, Fred, if you'd told me earlier that you didn't want snow maybe just maybe I wouldn't have wished for it????????? Any of you guys really believe that?????? HEHEHEHEHEHEHE.... It's really pretty but I might have to carry the pup out for her next walk... getting deep out there. Eight inches at present and still going strong. I hope Santa made it home alright.

We have 8" new today. Should be fun driving to Buffalo tomorrow, get to see Americas snow machine in action!
Here in Wisconsin we have just a dusting of snow. Today a heavy frost. Once the sun came out on the pines & woods it was truly beautiful to see.
Didn't make the fish bite any better tho but one gets a real appreciation. Not quite the same as waves lapping against a hull but what the hey. Life is good.
