I have used the same set of Ak-Shun Cleats, Recently re-named Arctic Spurs for about the last 12 years. They do not slip, come off or loosen while in use. They attach easily both in front and in back with rubber tubeing. I think they cost about $12.00 or $15.00 new now. Not exactly sure of that fact. I'll direct you to a good picture of me with them on if you'd like. It would give you a good idea of how they fit on your boot.

I use the HT cleats and have no problems but make sure to use the cleats with the ribber that goes around the boot. I tried the ones that just go on the front of the boot with a rubber strap and they stink. Try the HT ones with the all rubber they won't come off!!!!
