Do they make cartridges for other units besides Lowrance?

Yes! I have two Navionics C-Map capable units: a Magellan 6000 and it uses C-Map NT cartridges; and an older SiTex video chart plotter that uses the regular C-Maps.
Many other manufacturers use the C-Map technology, but in many cases it is higher end gear since until recently the sub $500 stuff did not support mapping.
