Good news about my 350A!

I sent in my 350A to have the button panel replaced (waypoint recall wasn't working) and guess what?

I got a call from a representative and she informed me I also needed to replace the screen. I immediately thought the price would be much greater than the $249 minimum and was ready to have them trash it.

I was flushed to find out they were going to fix it all for 129 bucks! Anyone with a 350A that needs work send it in and tell 'em I sent ya!

This action nixes my prior conversations with their competitors!

I got a 350A that's working great now, but I've noticed a little condensation inside the screen so I'm wondering if it's just a matter of time. Did you send it directly to Lowrance? If so, would you mind sharing the address with me? Thanks. And glad to hear the news about your 350A. I do like Lowrance.

Thats great to hear. I had to send my unit in a few years a go when there was a $85 flat fee. When I got it back, they included a new transducer, free. I called them and asked why and was told they included it just in case I ever had any trouble with my old one.

Cant beat that!

brad, when i would get condensation on the 350 screen, i would leave the light on inside the unit, even it was light out. this dried the screen and kept the condensation away.89 just a thought.
