what's peoples favortie/best recomendations for trolling with a trolling motor only boat?

I would suggest trolling with bottom bouncers. That speed would be good for keeping your line at a 45 degree angle. You can cover alot of water that way. Troll with crawler harnesses, or floating Rapalas.

Find breaklines along deeper water, weedbed edges, or transitional bottoms, such as sand to gravel, muck to sand..etc...and focus on them. At this time of year though, it's best to find the baitfish first. The rascals only have one thing on their minds right now...eating! Find the food and you find the fish.

You can do alot of different techniques with just a trolling motor...be versitile. Jig for them, cast cranks, drift live bait rigs, anchor and slip- bobber.....(Just to name a few).

i intend to be versitale and thanks for the advice the weakest part of my overall attack has been and maybe still is finding them and since trolling to one of the best ways i went looking for advice.
