Does anyone know how to contact Quantum for replacment parts? I've been to their web site I can't get a message through to them. A phone number or email address will work.

I checked the booklet which came with my Quantum Reel, and it says, "Parts may be ordered direct from Zebco Factory Service, Authorized Warranty Centers, or Service Centers"....whatever the ##### that means. I guess one should wander through the Yellow Pages. They do, however, give amailing address, "Quantum, 6101 E. Apache, Tulsa, OK 74115.
I also needed spare spools, and called either Bass-Pro or Cabelas, and they gave me a phone-number to contact them, which I did.

Just read a big article that Brunswick is dumping Zebco. Laid off everyone and is trying to sell it. You will probably have trouble getting your parts.
