I was behind a Gander Mountain here in Michigan yesterday(don't ask). I happened to be throwing something away and looked in the dumpster and saw about 5 seperate gallon containers of the oil in there. I thought they were empty but, NOPE!

The containers had small leaks in them so they went in the back of the truck and are now in milk jugs.

Asking inside the store they said they had been credit and had been thrown away.

You might want to check your local store,wherever you live,next time to see what they call trash.

Saved me about $70.00. LOL

Probably a good thing you found it and not the authorities. Oil is a hazerdous waste and is not supposed to be disposed of in a dumpster.

I was looking for cardboard boxes to pack frozen fish in for an airline trip and the supermarket said to check their dumpster. . I found the boxes I needed plus 6 boxes of strawberries. Checked out the strawberries and only one or two in the flat was too old. Took them home and told my wife that I got a real bargan. She served them to company and I only told her the truth a week later. I'm still alive and still married. I won't say my name in case you want to come over for strawberry short cake some time.
