RCL rule ?

In the RCL rules, #14 states "Every effort must be made to keep fish alive through the use of a properly aerated livewell. FLW Outdoors recommends the use of chemical additives that promote the healthy return of fish to their natural habitat where permissible".

My question is, What chemical additives would that be?

One of the chemicals will help boost the oxygen level, Hydrogen peroxide. The other is a chemical you can get at any store that sells exotic fish, it helps put the slim coating back on the fish that handling will remove. The name escapes me for the moment.
