Just bought a new Eagle Ultra Classic depth finder with speed&temp. I already have a hummingbird (Iknow it's junk lol) in the back of the boat, its a tiller. It works fine for finding depths when I am running in the river (many depth changes and sand bars). I want to put the new one in the front where I do most of my fishing, I am looking for suggestions on where to mount the transducer/speed&temp. sensor. It doesn't look like it will mount on the trolling motor without special bracket. If I mount it on the transom by the hum-brd transducer will I get interference?

If you mount the transducers side-by-side, the only time you'll have interference is when BOTH units are on. If you spend your quality time bent over the bow electric, that's where you should try to put transducer. Good fishing!!
