Do any of you who salmon fish know of a book which shows pictures or diagrams of the different ways to rig for salmon fishing?

I'd recommend checking out Salmon-Trout-Steelheader magazine. They're mostly focused on west coast salmon techniques though... if you're asking about Great Lakes you might want to check around more locally.
Great Lakes Angler magazine is a must. Also, you should consider going to salmon masters institute, if your near one of the locations.
