Went to Flin Flon last September and fished Athapap (no luck) and a little lake called Maraiche. Had fantastic fishing on Maraiche TONS of fish from 3-6 lbs. Flin Flon is kind of a long drive, we went there only because we didn't really know of another good place to go, one of the guys had been there many times before. We are planning another trip the same time, beginning of September. Anyone have any suggestions?? I'm not looking to go all the way from Minneapolis to Canada and catch all 14-15" fish. Would like to find that elusive 10#'er. Does anyone know anything about Dogtooth lake, have heard some very good things, how about accommodations? Thanks for the input in advance!! Good fishing.
