where to mount rod holder

I have a lund pro-v tiller model 1660. I plan to mount one rod holder (Cabela's quick draw) toward the stern. I don/t want it to interfere with my jigging or rigging so I'll get the flush mount base. Any suggestions on the approximate location for the mount??

I just mounted 2 flush mount rod holders last weekend. I put both of them at the back of the boat, one on each side for trolling. If I want to jig I will remove the one so its out of the way and throw out a lindy rig rod in the other holder. AND AWAY I GO!
