I just heard that the one day weight record was broken on Ft. Peck. A team fishing the ##### creek tourney caught a 5 fish weight of 48.51 pounds. Almost a 10lb average! I bet the pros are salivating for Aug 2.

It was a super one-day catch. I think their total of over 64 pounds for 10 fish over two days was also a record. The second-place team, however, gets my nod for greatness. They put together back-to-back catches of 32 and 28 for a 60-pound total. The toughest part about fishing Fort Peck isn't having one great day, but having two very good days in a row. -- mark
