Well now that the whole eastern section of the US is under water, where do my fellow eye hounds plan to start this weekend? Shallow, deep humps flats, will they be scattered, or try to find clearer water ( lots of luck ) and start there. I have been getting a few shallow 18ft and up, and will start shallow any suggestions?
