Luhr Jensen Power Dive Minnows

I recently pruchased some 1/2 oz. power dive minnows from Luhr Jensen. They don't have a split ring to attach my cranbait snap to. Should a guy put the split ring on or attach staight to the plug. Has anyone had much success with them????

hey reelman good purchase i use and like the power dive minnows. a very effective deep diving minnow. their only fault is that the lip won't take rock bashing on a continuous basis. favorite colors are metallic blue back, metallic green back, and fire tiger when they're after perch. tight lines.
