How was your weekend?
I ended up helping my father inlaw insolate his garage. Oh well I hope to hit the water next weekend.
I worked all weekend :-( But it rained, so I guess that was ok.
Think I'll beg for next Sunday off so I can hit the water too.
After we repair the damage from the last time out :-( And it is a good monday morning... no work today.

Good Morning Back to You!
Lets see, I cleaned up a club garage on saturday in the rain, mowed the lawn Sunday morning along with mowing down weeds in the lot we bought behind our house.
Having severe withdrawals from fishing today.

Hey - I did some insulating in the garage Sat morning also! Fortunately we ran out of the stuff and didn't want to deal with the crowds on a Sat afternoon at Home Depot, so I managed to get an afternoon in on the Red!
Sunday was spent mixing/pouring/patching/cleaning the concrete floor.......and thinking about Sat afternoon.....Back to the insulating tonight....

HHHHHHhhhhhhhhmmmmm!! Sounds like we are going to need a fishing withdrawal support group. Do we have a Dr. of Psychofishology in the audience?

Psychofishology
Say that three times fast
Well ok I just did it and its not to hard, even tho the people at work are looking at me really funny now.
Good term,
I think it is a good idea to consult a Psychofishologist as soon as you even start to think about going out on a stumpsucker expidition.

Party for 70 highschool football players and their freinds on Friday eve, Dug and filled 5 12"x42" holes for a new customer's deck footings on Sat AM, went to my parents in the PM and drug out the duck boat, final touches on another deck Sunday AM then watched G.B. "open a can of whoop a**" and got decoys & gear ready for next weekend's opener.
Now I am sitting here dreaming of those whistling wings and rubbin my achin' back.

Pretty much windy, cold and raining all weekend long in SE Michigan. As such, didn't fish but had a great weekend anyway. Saw MSU kick some Irish butt, saw UM kick some Illini butt (with a lot of help from the zebras), and saw the Lions purr their way past the hapless Bears. Flung a few broadheads - shot like a demon. Fishing's on hold for a while while my attention turns to the woods and that whitetail buck slowing creeping his way past my stand...............

Couldn't get out fishin but got out bowhunting. Got to full draw on a very large 11 pointer. No luck though got winded and it spooked at 13 yards no clear shot. Saw 5 different bucks last night! hard to decide to fish or hunt!

Ah, now I have a better story. Flew to CA and went tuna fishing with my wife's brother-in-law. Landed two 20# albacore. Lost something that took off for China and never looked back - popped 40# line like sewing thread. Mate said it acted like a big bluefin- someone had caught a 180# bluefin the week before. Man, a single 20# tuna could probably tow a Lund Pro-V - they are STRONG suckers. Still prefer walleye fishing where you do it all yourself. Came home to 8 inches of snow. Did I pick the right weekend?
