Fish Cleaning Tips...

Here's one I found that works really well:

Go down to the Salvation Army and pick yourself up a used Ironing Board for $3. It's the perfect height for cleaning fish. Get yourself a nice board to put onto the ironing board and start cleaning.

Clean up is easy...get out the hose and spray down!

I used one of those this past winter that a fellow in a neighboring cabin loaned to me. If you're above-average height, you might want to rig leg extensions w/PVC pipe or something (I'm 6-5 and prone to lower backache after filleting 50 perch--my partner hasn't quite figured out how the electric knife works yet). Otherwise, it was great!
