Walleye Jerkbaits?

Has anyone used a jerkbait for Walleye's?. I've seen a 4 1/4" jekbait called an ACE Flipper. Slow sinking 1' per second. Apparently they're catching a load of fish called a Zander (Similar to Walleye) in Holland using them.
Any thoughts???

I know a small suick catches walleye.I think a minnowbait jerkbait is more versatile though, like a husky jerk or rattlin' rogue.
