Does anyone know if the 27LC Walleye paddle handles will fit the 47 LC, and if so where can you get them. Whish I would have bought the 27s, but I now have 4 47LC a little too late to turn back now.
THANKS

No the 27lc handle will not fit the 47lc. I do not think they make a double handle for the 47lc.

Hi
Just curious...why do you wish you would have bought the 27's instead of the 47's?
Thanks...

Jenn, Mike talked about this Saturday. They are big! I think the 27's have a better drag also.

Hi
Yes I remember that Mike said that on Saturday. I wanted to know if the guy who posted here was deciding it for the same reason. I had not heard that from others prior to Mike. I use the 47 lakers on 2 rods and like them. Just curious.

Jenn,
I like them and they wook good. Just a little bit large to handle effectively, and lack in the balance department. The large handle is probally more of a metal aspect that takes getting use to and seems like over-kill for walleye fishing. I prefer a double paddle handle because that is what I have always used and have never fished with a reel that large. Like the ability to repeat a successful technique, helps increase my confidence level. Would prefer a smaller reel with the same capabilties as the 27LC to troll mono or fireline and keep the 47LC for leadcore.

Have four of them on Daiwa BW862MC 8'6" rods, they work fine, they don't seem to be out of balance, they work for me.

I sent my 47LCs back to Cabela's and exchanged them for 27LCs. They were very good about it (though they were still very new).
