I can tell you where the fish are not. My son and I fished for 10 hours today and got only one sauger. It was a 3.5 fish but was very lonely in the live well. We caught it at 8:00 AM just upstream from the power lines and down stream from Negro creek. We fished hard with 3 ways at that region and also the clam beds, the entrance to Spring lake, the peru flats and the area by the boat club. We also saw Buster fishing white bass if that tells you anything. We did ok on white bass, but I don't suppose that will help you. Good luck and hope you get better info.

Fisheye, I was in the MWC tournament this past weekend and can attest to the fact that the trollers did ok, but did not win the tourney. the people pulling or jigging won. In this case pulling referred to pulling 3-ways up stream. A lot of the time they were using a 1 oz jig as the bottom member and also had a floating jig head, tipped with a minnow up farther. This is kind of like a modified Wolf river rig, where the bell sinker is reppaced with a heavy jig. hope this helps. good luck, tr
