I just purchased one a couple of weeks ago, I haven't had it on the water yet but I have been fooling around with it on simulation mode and it seems very user friendly, it is a lot easier to use then any of the units with the "windows" like Lowrance or Eagle. Here's another tip if you are going to buy one buy it somewhere where the sales people can tell you a lot about the unit. I went to about five different places and I new more about the unit then all of the sales people combined. There is info on the unit on the Zercom website www.zercom.com Hope this helps.

I had the unit on the water a few times,
down on the river. its a super unit!
no problems what so ever, its a simple
unit to operate. good target seperation,
pulls the fish right off the bottom !
