Transkei appoints Todd Frank to ProStaff

Transkei Lures, manufacturer of the "Nose System Lure" the worlds only lure with a built-in scent emitting cartridge has appointment Todd Frank to its Walleye Pro Staff.

Todd, who hales from Pulaski, New York, is beginning his second year as a Professional on the PWT. Todd found the winning combination in his 1999 Rookie season where he won the Lake Oahe, North Dakota event and a $50,000 pay check.

You can visit with Todd and the rest to the PWT fishermen at this years first event, The Eastern Pro/Am on lake Erie April 19-21.

Correction to your statement. Lake Oahe in Mobridge, SOUTH DAKOTA. I was at the Tourney. WINDY to say the least. at least Todd is one of the many that stayed somewhat close to the weigh in and talk about an elated champion. He was excited. and good for him!!

Excited is an under statement, but $50K will do that to a man. Todd tells me he had a fantastic pattern going in pre fish and each day when the wind was blowing he was getting more and more worried that the fish would leave the spot. When it came down to a "one Day event", He and his Am partner stuck the fish they needed! He is a nice young man and Transkei is proud to have him on the team.
