To all of those who fish Michigan. I don't know how your doing fishing but I went out today and yesterday. In total we caught 8 Brown Trout. We also missed quite a few. We caught them near the power plant in 7-15 feet of water. We caught them with small baits. I hope this helps those who haven't had any luck.

Could you be a little more specific? Which Power Plant, spoons or body baits, speed, depth of lures in that 7 - 15 ft. of water.

It would be the power plant by Sheyboygan. We were using body baits trolling. We trolled at a speed of 1.4 mph. The lures were probably going down about 4-6 ft. There were storms new small baits and shad raps.

The west side of the state is much better than the east, we only caught 2 at Augres

Perch fishing over in lake charlevoix is outstanding! pulling them up two at a time on two rods! Using wigglers.
