Lowrance LCX15-MT & Global map 2000

I have the Global Map 2000 w/ the newer GPS receiver. Can anyone tell me if the LCX15-MT is campatible with the GPS receiver from my Global map. Also, can I use a splitter on the transducer to hook both sonars together?

If you have the LGC-12S module, AFAIK it should work with both your GlobalMap 2000 and the LCX-15MT. Don't know the answer to your second question.
