Thank you for the site address, I found what I was looking for. Someone had told me that this was the guy that runs the DMVW railroad in ND. He's the one. Used this scab RR to try to bust the union on the Soo Line Railroad. He also has money in River City Marine in Bismarck. Thanks again for the info.
