Floating dock mooring

Cottage owners Im hoping you can help me with this. We are looking to put in a floating dock system. The water levels range from a foot to 4 feet deep as the dock progresses. We are on big water, so we do get some waves. Water does fluctuate. Ice is a concern. Does anyone have a good mooring system they can recommend. Elastic rodes or springs? I will use concrete blocks as anchors unless someone can recommend a good auger system.
