St. Croix Rod

Does anyone know what the "limited Lifetime" warrenty on the Legend series entails. I'm familar with the Loomis warrenty, just wondering about the st. croix. The Legend and the GLX are similar in price. I'm thinking about giving the Legend a try, any one out there not like the Legend? Thanks

I have an older Legend and two of the new legend elite series. I have never had to use the warrantee so until I have to I really can't say anything. I have heard how ever that St. Croix is really good, basically a no questions asked policy.
Now for the great part. The new legend elites are awsome. Unbelievably sensitive and extremely light in weight. Great for fishing all day with out making your arms feeling like rubber at the end of the day. That is unless your catching a lot of fish.
I would buy more in a heart beat. I am sure if you bought one you truely wouldn't be disappointed.

Hey, hope you had a nice Christmas. I had a problem this past year with one of my St. Croix rods, and sent it back to them. It was repaired with no questions asked, and it only took about 10 days. After my latest acquisition here at Christmas, I now have 7 St. Croix rods, so I must like them. LOL Tight Lines

I broke one of my St. Croix rods grabbing too close to the tip to get off a stump. I called St. Croix and told them what happened and that it was my fault. I just wanted to know what to do to get it fixed. They said send it back and we'll send you a new one. A few weeks later and a brand new one arrived!!
