Somebody said good saugeye on the Ohio so that sparked some interest. Where at? Do you need a boat? Any info would be great. Thanks and Merry Christmas to all and to all a good fishing trip.

You might try "fishin.com". They go into a little more detail on the river than is covered here, sometimes.

Fred if you have a boat you can catch saugeye, walleye, and sauger at any of the dams and locks. You also want to try at the mouths of creeks. Spoons, bladebaits, jig&minnow,or a hook and chub are all good baits. Three-waying with minnow type crankbaits also produce. if you are fishing from the shore I would sugest fishing below the dams ans near the locks with chubs.Hope this helps. Once you go you will be hooked.I have caught fish on everything that I have mention above.
