Did the river survive the week of warm weather and rain or did it open up? Are they launching boats ? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks...

Went accross the 675 bridge on tuesday 12:00pm and it was still froze over but didn't look to good. Don't think it will be ready to walk on by the weekend. Anyone fishing the Tit. river?

The Tittabwassee is open as is the Shiawasseee at the Y. The Saginaw is open in the middle from the Y to the frist bridge at Wick's Park.
