Charles Mills and Deer Creek

On my way over to P.H. spill I stopped at C.M.. I was wondering what the "CLOSED" sign meant. I have seen several posts here that refer to fishing that spill, but the sign warded me off. I have walked around there, but would appreciate any particular hot spots there that produce. Also, I would like to hear about Deer Creek, in the same manner. Please include any info on smallies too. Go about 50ft. past the parking lot that said
Closed there is a stone drive that goes right
back to the river or spill way at C.M. thats
where everone was Parking when I was there. The
water was very muddy a week or so ago know one
was catching any that day! It may have cleared
up NOW! Hope this help a little!!! :)
