Was wondering if Red lake is a zoo on the weekends?Heard 1000 cars a day our out there. Tru or False?

I was up last sunday and there were quite a few vehicles but no were near 1000. Although I had heard that Saturday was a zoo with more than a thousand cars. Despite the traffic, my buddy had no problem limiting out Sat, and we did the same on Sun.

Was wondering where you were fishing on the lake. I've never been there yet, but am wanting to go and have no clue where to fish. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.
