Over here in South Bend In., the snow has melted, the lakes and rivers are running clear, and I am anxiously awaiting some positive fishing reports from my fellow anglers over on Erie. What condition is the lake in? Is there any action? Who is doing what and where? How much has the lake receded since last fall? I think I hear Camp Perry calling for another fun fishing trip!
Thanks for any help, tight lines and good fishin!

FISH ARE STARTING TO STACK ON THE REEFS. TRYING TO GET MY BOAT READY FOR THIS WEEKEND. IF I DONT, I'LL GO OUT WITH MY BUDDY. WILL POST REPORT. STAY SAFE. GOOD FISHIN'! EYE PROBLEM

Reelaxation;
Walked down to the Catawba St. dock this afternoon. The ice is gone and the water looks real good. There were 14 units in the parking lot. Sorry I don't know how anyone is doing.
The state don't have their floating docks in yet, but the ramps are open.

I haven't been out but I talked to an islander that did really well near Green Island yesterday off an airboat. There was still some eroding ice preventing boat traffic between the islands but not for long. Water is extremely clear out that way.
