Doing nothing but dreaming about Walleye right now out on the eastern end of the lake (near Dunkirk harbor). Reports in the paper about a few fish being taken off the dock and NIMO hot water discharge. Ice pack has broken up and is floating away from shore.

Was that inside the breakwall? Just curious, cause the action in Rocky River was good too. Hot-n-tot's small size was working. We caught one filled with shad in it. Some shore guys have to give the boats a break when going up the river. We can't see everybody's line and I try my best to avoid them. Some guys won't even move there line out of the way. One boater snag someones line and this guy was throwing rocks at his boat. It wasn't like the guy went flying up the river on there side. He went to the oppisite side of them and was going slow. There's enogh room out there for everybody! The river still seemed a bit cold, 40-38 degree's. The one we caught didn't even jump out of the water.
Good Luck!!

We went out of Catawba Sunday morning. Fished for 5 hours, nothing but a white perch. Didn't seem to be marking too many fish, either. Lots and lots of boats, but no action seen. Might have something to do with that stupid loud air boat running around out there. I thought noise restrictions were going to be enforced this year?? Not on that guy. Didn't look like he was doing a favor to the air, either. Smokey and loud!
