i just have to tell everyone about my great ewxperience with vexilar .. sat my unit would recieve a signal from the transduser ..i was lost without it ..looked online and wasnt looking forward to spending the 60$ for a new transduser.. called action marine in anoka where the unit was bought and explained i thought it was still under warrenty but didnt have a receit or warrent info ( never mailed in ) he said to see if i cound find anything to prove it ( like credit card bill etc etc ) well i did happen to have it so sinse they didnt have any 19 degree ducers .. he sends me to vexlar in the cities .. i walk in .. they take mine to go test it .. tech comes back with new one in hand expaines mine had a bad crystal inside cant explain why .. but gives new one .. no questions asked no reciept looked at nothin .. it was within 5 days of being out of warrenty so i was legit .. but they didnt even ask to see any proof .. THATS SERVICE vexilar youve had a fan ever sense i used one for the first time but youve got a loyal fan from now on because of the great way you treated me .. what a class act .. thanks vexilar again ..
