Is it possible to catch walleye while shorefishing on the sandusky bay? when is the best time of the year to fish for walleye there? i have caught many yellow perch there with little effort, usually you'll catch a lot of yellow catfish and sheephead in while going for perch at all times of summer and fall, but no walleye. is it that they just don't come up to the shore, or am i fishing at the wrong time of year?
