Before the jokes begin - she is a great dog paddler! Local store is out of stock and can't find any in Cabela's or Bass Pro. Thanks.
Ron go to any place that sells jackets,like Wal-mart and buy a small childs jacket. my 110lb lab uses one all the time.just turn it so the thing fastens up on his back and your good to go.Be sure to put its legs out the arm loops. good luck Redyeye

Ron I guess I've never even heard of a dog life jacket as such but my cousin always slips a neoprean vest on his lab while duck hunting in cold weather they ad bouyance and also keep the dog warmer and I have seen them advertised in cabela's
Thanks Ron and Waterwolff, but my dog is only 15# and sort of a difficult fit for most human flotation devices. I did find a place on the Internet called Petmarket that has life jackets specifically for dogs, even small ones, and I may give them a try.

Hi Ron it is no joke,I own a Welsh Corgi and he's fallen out of the boat about 4 times. The last time was in Lake Huron and he went down a good 4-5' before he started up, scared the ##### out of me and him. Not only that my wife would have killed me for losing him. He nows wears his own life jacket which we got at the local Pet Valu store. As far as the big dogs I've seen some great neoprene vests in camo color which would not only give them more buoyancy but keep them warmer retrieving ducks in the fall.

Email me, I have one that doesn't fit my beast anymore. It was only used once. He grew too fast and I had bought it for a large dog!! hah!

Juls, Thanks for the nice offer. I think between the Internet site I found and the two that Boatnut recommended, I should be able to get her one designed specifically for a dog her size. Our local pet store here is a disaster! Ron

It should fit him fine I think. Email me your address and I will take care of it on Thursday the 18th. I'm too busy to get it done before that.
