Do okuma make a dipsy rod.

I know that okuma make a d/rigger rod but do they have a dipsy rod,if you know of one and have the model # could you let me know, or will one of the d/rigger rods 10to 25lbs line wgt pull a large dipsy thanks to anyone who replys....james.

Okuma makes two rods listed as downrigger rods. The CPDR 80M and the CPDR 86M are what I use for dipsey rods on Lake Erie and Lake Ontario on my charters. They are soft rods and very forgiving. In two years of heavy use, I haven't had a failure. I even use them for my wire dipseys. As for as I am concerned, they are a well built, inexpensive rod, and I will continue to use them.
