I am planning a trip to Banks in a week or two does anybody have any suggestions where to start and what to try first. I have never fished on Banks!

I live on south end of banks,coulee city,but i would start on the north end around steamboat rock st.park this time of year,fish just coming off span.fish spinner rigs and 1 1/2 oz bottom walkers /nightcrowler traling straight behind.in 15 to 20 ft.of water if that dont work try #7 shad rap clown.troled 125ft.back 2 1/2 mph in the bays should do good in that time frame. good fishing.
