Have never fished the Baudette area of LOTW. Any tips? Are the fish scattered, shallow or ? Bait of choice? Lures? Any suggestions would help.

I fish the gap area most of the time when we are up there. Last weekend was slow fishing. Only 8 or 9 fish in 3 days. Four were keepers. The fishing has mainly been right in the gap. We have caught fish from the green bouy and all the way down the island in the past. We use brass or nickle spinners with worm harnesses. Good luck. Kevin
