Was at Arlington, IL show this weekend, saw new LCX-15CT and LCX-15MT. I was not impressed with color on CT, nowhere near their advertisement on web site or other pictures. MT model looked great. Lowrance rep said LCX-16CI has better color than 15CT but was not available and unsure of availability date. Display screens were easy to use. Anyone seen actual 16CI?

Al, you don't need the 16CT. That is mainly for saltwater fishermen to help identify fish species. (That's what the Lowrance Rep told me) I am getting the LCX-15MT Combo as soon as they get all of the software written for the mapping feature. Is the Illinois River open yet?

Does the Map Create software from Lowrance allow for notations on waypoints? I'm not talking about just naming a waypoint, which can be done with all of the gps units, but more like a log on a particular waypoint. Thanks! Fred
