Reef runner??????

Dose anyone know where or when the small deep divers will be out? I have not seen any around in the oak harbor shops yet. If ETT. reads this post, Congrats on the win sat. nice fish, and can you give me some info. on the fried chicken color you were pulling? Thanks in advance ....

The Deep Little Rippers, certain colors only, have been shipped in limited quntities. Just exactly where I don't know. I have a few and have been running them, but the fish really do want a larger lure right now. I can say this with some confidence because I've put the right color at the right depth at the right speed, and they still show a preferance for the Reef Runners.
Fried Chicken is a Gold metalic with blue on the shoulders, and green on the back. Fish in the tournament showed a definate preferance for golds and greens. Also we felt as though you had to get away from the Gin clear water and into water that had a little tint to it. Thanks and good luck.

Thanks for the info! We too noticed that sat the fish were in the tinted water, but during the tounament we pulled or cranks too deep. We ran deep reef runners back 100 ft. and put them under the active fish. pounded the smallmouths though. Thanks again. See you in Huron!

Dakotamart, http://www.dakotamart.com has them in 16 different colors but not the fried chicken.

Don't forget to check with Den. He posts here regularly. Was in his shop Tuesday, didn't see any of the new small ones, but he still had some rippers & ripsticks in several colors.
