Anyone have a report out of Sakakwea? Ill be heading up there on this Friday for a week of "fishing on the moon" as some like to say. It's a real culture shock going from the lakes of northern Minnesota to an impoundment like that.

I fished with Mike Peluso and his dad on Monday at Winnebago. Mike is from Bismark ND and fishes Sak alot.
He told me that Sak is producing alot of big fish this year.
He said they have not moved down as far as Mallard Bay yet, but that the east end down by Douglas is HOT.
Good luck to you...you won't be disappointed. I fished there last August, and fell in love with the place!
