Does anyone have any perch fishing information for Saginaw Bay, specifically around the AuGres area. I am going there for 8 days next week and just wanted the latest info. I do know that water levels on the lake are very low so I am curious about what depth and times are best for the bite.

Perch fishing hasn't been bad right first set of
bouys after man made island on east side. And like
someone else said it does change every day. Quanacasee would be a good place to fish walleye. You will see the boats 3 miles out. Sounds like big eye should take a chill pill. I didn't know this was his board did you?

I just got back Tuesday from Saginaw Bay. We were fishing walleyes and did quite well with fish up to 10 pounds. The launch at Au Gres is fine and you will have no problems launching there. We talked to different people at the launch and of course there were varying reports on the perch. One fellow had 37 nice perch and was quite happy with the perch fishing while others were disappointed. It might depend on skill and technique. Most perchers were anchoring out in 19-35 feet a couple of miles out from the channel. Good Luck to you.
