It seems like the larger school is off cleveland now in 60-68ft, of water. Some numbers that were hot last weekend for me was N38.5 W 50.5. North east from there was producing good as well. Don't get me wrong they were still getting some off lorain. Try around the N38-40 W 17-0 line. They are pretty much all over. Of course we had northeast wind for severval days now so those numbers could be off. Target depths 20-45ft. hot depth for me on the downrigger was 38-44ft. Hot lures was wateromelon spoons or anything that has a good flash to it with blue or orange. TRolling speed is 2.5-3.5 mph. Varying the speed now and than helps trigger strikes more. Listen to the local chatter on the radio, you'll hear where it's happening.
Good Luck!!

Most of the steelhead went to deeper water now, east and north. although some were taken today east of the sandbar(38 /12). there will be some in the area off and on yet, but the hot times are pretty much done for now. it was fantastic while it lasted. good luck and good fishin.

Tim, The numbers you are referring to are about how far out? Also, are they the shortest out of Rocky or a launch further east. Probably gonna give it a shot on Friday. Considering going out of Rocky or Wildwood (Neff Rd). Looking for advice on Steelhead or Walleye action. Depths, etc. Thanks!

The numbers I gave you off rocky river is 8-10 miles out. You could go out of E72nd or Edgewater and that would save you a mile or two. But I personal think Rocky river has a better ramp than those others. Or you could try going out of Avon point and go north of there to the N41' line. Like Den said with the water warmer up it pushes those fish out farther and to the east more. With these winds lately from the north/northeast it pushes them out even more.
Good Luck!!
