I'am looking to find information on Walleyes unlimited and would be intrested to know if they would be able to influence our DNR in there stocking policys it seems as an individual we have no say so in where all our walleyes that are stripped go it seems that we are selling those fry all around the country and can't even get them stocked back into our lakes does this seem accurate or am I missing the big picture I would think that as a chapter of this type of organization maybe we can all unite behind a common cause and try to do something about this Thanks for letting me vent Kevin

there are some good websites on punctuation you bring up a good point but it is awfully difficult to read in one long runon sentence without capitals i hope i am not being too much of a smart alec but you are less likely to get this type of reponse if you capitalize and punctuate when appropriate sorry if you take offense as i was just trying to make a point good fishing

Or better yet, maybe you just understand more readily it because it is slack-jawed yokel ease. I apologized twice when I wrote so that it would be understood that I wasn't being malicious; just trying to illustrate that it annoying. And, I am the one who needs to relax?

It's funny how wound you people get. A little good natured ribbing and offering the suggestion that someone write in English is all it takes. The personal attacks are a special touch. Ever heard the saying "sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me." It is apparent that you all like a lack of punctuation, so I call on all Walleye Central readers to forego any punctuation, spelling, or capitilization.

There is a fundamental difference between making a mistake and writing like that on purpose. Apparently they don't teach that tell you get into junior high?

I will apologize to Kevin if he thinks that I was trying to be hurtful or malicious. I was offering a suggestion, and probably went about it the wrong way. I also have to say that whoever wrote the comment with the punctuation in parentheses, that was just plain funny.

You Should be more concerned about the content then the typing. After all its a friggn message board, not a novel. Did you even read a full sentence of it before you decided to "go off"

Anyway.

The local DNR's usually pick brood lakes because of the abundence of good breeding size eye's. If they don't stock a certin lake, they usually have a good reason. Selling them to other states keeps the project going.

Kevin, what lake are you referring to. I know the Fox Chain of Lakes in Northern Illinois does this. From personal fishing experience can't say if it really hurts the fishing.

I agree that the content is more important. It is a lot easier to read the comment with punctuation. I apologized to Kevin, yet you are still critical. "Pot calling the kettle black," typical.

Kevin, I assume it is F-M Walleyes Unlimited, Inc. that you are referring to and any influence they may have regarding DNR stocking practices. We donate a significant amount annually to the MNDNR for their rearing pond program. We have visited with DNR personnel voicing our position on the DNR's stocking of waters seeing gillnetting activity. As far as any stripping of fish eggs and the selling thereof, it is a subject not yet visited by the board of directors.

My god man, you don't let up do ya?

Must be the worst case of cabin fever we've seen yet.

Here this will cheer you up.

A Muskie Guy, a Walleye Guy, and a Bass Guy go on an overseas trip to find some big fish.
On the way, their plane crashes in the middle of the jungle. They survive and wander through the woods looking for help.

They wander upon a camp and think they have finally found a way out, except the camp is a millitant group and they are mistaken as goverment spys. The group is thrown in a cage and its made quite clear that they are to be killed the following morning.

The Muskie guy starts to panic as the sun begins to rise and comes up with a plan. He's brought out of the cage and stood in front of a bullet ridden wall. Suddenly he starts screaming like a girl FLOOD!! FLOOD!! EVERYBODY RUN!!! The camp explodes with panic and termoil. In the confusion the Muskie guy just walks off into the jungle and freedom.

The other two had watched this go on and now they have a plan too.

The next morning the Terrorist grab the Walleye guy and bring him in front of the wall. Suddenly he starts screaming TORNADO!!QUICK!! EVERYBODY FIND COVER!!! Once agian the camp erupts into confusion and chaos.

The Walleye guy walks off into the jungle and finds the Muskie guy. Together and free they wait to see what the Bass guy is going to do.

The next morning the Bass guy is brought outta the cage. He's all smiles and laughing, he KNOWS what to do now.

They stand him in front of the wall and raise thier rifles.

So he starts screaming,

FIRE!! :):)

its gonna be a looooong winter

They wander upon a camp and think they have finally found a way out, except the camp is comprised of a pygmies. The group is thrown in a cage and its made quite clear that they are to be killed the following morning and their skin used to waterproof canoes. The pygmies have a heart though, they elect to give caputurees the privilege of killing themselves any way they want.

The Muskie guy is pulled out of the cage. The pygmies ask him what he wants to kill himself, and he responds "a gun." They bring him a gun and he shoots himself in head. The other two had watched this go on and now they have a plan too.

The next morning the pygmies grab the Walleye guy. He asks for a knife, and once he gets it, proceeds to slit his wrists.

The next morning the Bass guy is brought outta the cage. He's all smiles and laughing, he KNOWS what to do now. He asks for a fork. When they bring him the fork the bass guy grabs it and starts stabbing himself vigorously saying "here is what I think of your f***ing canoe.

John: I ask you to view the original post and realize that the first several responses did nothing other than attack the post and postee for the poor grammar / punctuation that it contained. I was attempting to help Kevin with his questions, which became secondary in the eyes of many. To debate with you what I may or may not assume is a direction I will not go. It has become clear as to why so many upstanding anglers have elected to become less involved in the posting of comments and ideas on this forum. The wolves that lay waiting to attack those that post here have overtaken. You and those like you win! I’m outta here….
