In case you havent noticed the Kansas folks lose their sense of urgency about walleye fishing when August rolls around. When the easy pickins' fish leave the shallows interest falls off. Too bad.

At least these are updated alot more often than they had been in the past!!
Give it a shot, it may be better than no info at all!!
Good Luck,
Let me and the one other Kansas guy know how you did!!

Sounds like you found 'em! Were you pitching the spinners or trolling?
I fished the lake in June & caught some nice fish (shallow) in spite of some rough weather.

Glad to hear you had some "luck"!!!
Thanks for posting back and letting me and the other (few) Kansas walleye guys in on your info.
I've been swamped at work and this has been the closest to fishing that I have gotten for a while. Will have to change that as Fall approaches.
Thanks,

I have a friend who went last weekend and only caught a couple of white bass. I have been to Lovewell the last 2 weekends with the same results. The wate there is very low. I don't know if you will be able to use the ramp this weekend.

We were trolling, at least trying to. the weather was alittle rough. Found them on the drop off mostly, where it goes from 5 ft to 20 ft..
Am getting ready for the fall>>>>>>>
LUCK TO YOU
