MY WIFE AND I WOULD LIKE TO RELOCATE TO THE EAGLE RIVER AREA AND I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE BEST WALLEYE LAKE IN THE AREA? WE ARE ALSO LOOKING FOR A HOUSE OR LAND IN THAT AREA.

Two lakes that I always did well on were Butternut and Franklin. My favorite by far tho was Seven Mile. A smaller lake but some interesting structure and some nice 'eyes. Haven't fished up there in years. Not sure if things have changed or not.

north twin, the three lakes chain, sugar bush chain are probably the best in the area, twin is the best for big fish, the others are action lakes. But the three lakes chain can surprise you once and while!

The Eagle River and Three Lakes chains (comprising the largest fresh water chain of lakes in the world) have really never let me down for years.

Whether its crappies with my kids...walleye...or muskies in late fall...there are fish in the boat on a regular basis. It's a good choice. Real estate is there if you look and you're going to pay for it because it's a neat place to live. Good luck!
